1. Customer submits requirements for a preliminary quotation
2. Prepare and send the preliminary quotation to the customer
3. Customer reviews the quotation and may book a site measurement with a detailed brief
4. Issue a quotation for the design deposit
5. Customer pays design fee installment 1: 50% to start the design
6. Create the 3D design to the customer’s requirements
7. Customer pays design fee installment 2: 50% for the FINAL design
(The design fee can be fully deducted from the built-in work cost)
8. Re-quote based on the FINAL design confirmed by the customer
9. Customer pays installment 1: 40% to start production
10. Order materials, prepare, and produce at the factory
11. Customer pays installment 2: 40% to start installation
13. Customer pays installment 3: 20% upon installation completion
14. Handover with a 1-year warranty from the handover date
