The client wanted to decorate two condo units for rent under a limited budget, prioritizing simplicity, full functionality, and durability for long-term use and minimal maintenance.

We started by receiving the brief, analyzing the space, and designing in a Modern Minimal style, using wood tones and white colors to make the room look bright, comfortable, and suitable for all tenant groups.
